Can I return or exhange an item?
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted, and your refund or exchange will be canceled.
Please email us at info@abbracciolingerie.com to request a return authorization. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs and/or duties. Once authorized, items must be shipped to the address provided within 14 days.
Please use a tracked shipping method for your returns. We are not responsible for lost packages if there is no tracking code.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once your returned item is delivered to us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to 5 business days. If your return is approved and no exchange is initiated, you will receive a confirmation of your refund or store credit via email.
